Role Purpose: Develop and drive profitable sales through effective planning, targets, and growth strategies, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements: Degree in Commerce, Marketing, Business Management, or relevant qualification; FSCA recognized qualification; FAIS Key Individual Exam Level 1; FAIS Representative Exam Level 5; 8-10 years' senior sales management experience; 5-8 years' management experience; experience in financial services.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  1. Internal Process: Implement and manage sales strategies aligned with business goals, develop risk management strategies, conduct market research, and optimize sales and client service processes.
  2. Client Services: Define service models, ensure client satisfaction, and foster relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  3. People: Foster a positive work environment, demonstrate leadership, enable employee development, and manage performance.
  4. Finance: Manage budgets, control expenditures, and oversee financial risk management.

Key competencies include strategic thinking, decision-making, stakeholder interaction, and leadership. This is an executive, full-time management role based in East London.
