Qualifications

  • Completed Matric and NQF 5 FAIS Qualification required.
  • 2-5 years of sales experience, preferably with Standard Bank products.

Job description

To support the provincial manager / team leader in achieving the provincial (prestige and private) goals, income, and profit budgets by managing staff behavior and relationships with group company staff in branches through training, support, and motivation. Ensure ongoing and successful sales and distribution of Insurance and Bancassurance products via the branch network, including business staff, VAF, and proactive teams. Implement sales plans/actions and identify sales opportunities. Ensure compliance issues are addressed and compliance targets are met.

Qualifications

  • Completed Matric
  • NQF 5 FAIS Qualification
  • Valid driver’s license

Experience

  • 2-5 years’ Standard Bank sales experience (selling SBIB products)
  • Proven sales track record in SBSA
  • Experience presenting a business case/sales pitch to groups
  • Experience performing elementary functions on BDS and other computer systems with basic problem-solving skills
