You will be responsible for managing and writing high-quality proposals in response to government and public sector tenders, ensuring that all requirements and compliance standards are met.

You will work closely with various specialists across teams to craft tailored, compelling proposals that align with the strategic goals of the organisation.Collaborating with other teams, you will analyse the requirements and specifications for tenders, ensuring that proposals are accurate, compliant, and competitive.

Strong research skills, attention to detail, and an ability to translate technical information into clear, persuasive content are critical.

You should also be adept at producing well-structured, polished documents, presentations, and visuals that meet high professional standards.RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work closely with leadership and with your peers to identify and respond to opportunities in government and public sector tenders.
• Develop comprehensive proposal responses tailored to the specific requirements of government and public sector clients.
• Manage the end-to-end proposal process for public sector submissions, ensuring compliance with all tender requirements.
• Build and maintain a library of reusable content for future government and public sector proposal submissions.
• Create and refine presentations and supporting materials for government tender submissions.
• Lead or contribute to initiatives aimed at improving the efficiency and quality of the proposal writing process.
• Conduct thorough research on government standards, industry regulations, and public sector trends to inform proposal strategy.
