This critical role involves assessing the market value of various properties, providing accurate and reliable valuations for a diverse clientele including financial institutions, legal firms, and private sellers. You will conduct thorough inspections, research market data, and prepare comprehensive valuation reports. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a strong understanding of property law and market trends in the Centurion and broader Gauteng area, and the ability to provide objective, evidence-based assessments. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site inspections of residential, commercial, and industrial properties to assess their condition and features.
• Research and analyze comparable sales data, market trends, and economic factors affecting property values.
• Prepare detailed and accurate property valuation reports , adhering to industry standards and client requirements.
• Provide expert advice and justification for valuation conclusions to clients and stakeholders.
• Maintain an up-to-date database of property information and market intelligence in the Centurion region.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements for property valuation.

Requirements

• Registered Valuer with the South African Council for the Property Valuers Profession (SACPVP) or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in property valuation, preferably within the Gauteng region.
• Strong understanding of valuation methodologies, property law, and market analysis techniques.
• Excellent report-writing skills and proficiency in relevant valuation software.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet strict deadlines.
• Valid driver's license and own vehicle for site visits.
