1. Conduct detailed property valuations using methods such as Investment, Comparative, Cost-based, and Residual approaches.
2. Analyse market data and trends to determine accurate property values.
3. Prepare comprehensive valuation reports for internal and external stakeholders.
4. Review and analyse property tax assessments and identify opportunities for reduction.
5. Research and stay updated on local, state, and federal tax laws and regulations.
6. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely and accurate valuations.
7. Participate in property inspections and provide feedback on condition and potential value.
8. Communicate with local government agencies regarding valuation or tax assessment issues.
9. Assist with financial forecasting and budgeting based on valuation data.
10. Support property acquisitions and dispositions, including due diligence and valuation analysis.
11. Maintain accurate records of valuation and tax assessment data.
