NORTHPOINT Realty Group is a full-service Real Estate Company - we work completely REMOTELY, with various teams set up in every Province in SA - so you will have continuous support from Team Leaders.

We are currently expanding throughout the Western Cape with opportunities to become Team Leaders and Regional Managers.

We are seeking ambitious entrepreneurs who want to own their own Real Estate Business without the outrageous costs.

MUST HAVE REQUIREMENTS:

1. A minimum of 15 and above listings as a Residential Agent or 30 and above listings as a Commercial Broker.
2. Done at least +/- R 8 million sales volume in the previous 12 months.
3. Your own reliable transport, laptop, and smartphone are non-negotiable.

OUR TWO INCOME STREAM OPPORTUNITIES - PASSIVE INCOME:

1. A. Income from your Personal Efforts & Turnover:
2. Team Leaders receive 80% commission with a 6-week average time to complete your first deal.
3. On-target earnings for Year 1 (R400k - R600k), Year 2 (R800k +) plus bonuses & incentives.
4. B. Profit share income from your Personal Team:
5. You receive up to 6% profit share from every transaction in your team.
6. On-target earnings from 10 team members for year 1 (R300k - R450k).

As a Commercial, Industrial Broker, and Residential Agent, NORTHPOINT would like you to be:

1. Responsible for sales & leasing of properties i.e. offices, warehouses, factories, commercial land, investments, residential & new commercial developments.
2. Prospecting for new corporate tenants & buyers.
3. Canvassing for vacancies within the Residential and commercial & industrial property arena.
4. Adding listings to our various marketing channels.
5. Matching tenants & buyers with appropriate vacancies.
6. Networking with Sellers, Buyers, landlords, tenants, and other property stakeholders.
7. Negotiating lease & sales agreements.
