Job Description

We are looking for a qualified Real Estate Agent responsible for buying and selling property for our real estate business. The role involves growing our customer base by generating leads, counseling clients on market conditions, and developing competitive market prices. The agent will create lists of real estate properties, present purchase offers to sellers, and have good sales experience.

The key responsibilities include:

  1. Create an active listings database for sale properties, including location, features, size, etc., following the company template.
  2. Prospect clients to generate leads for property sales.
  3. Pull CMA reports on properties.
  4. Send pre-listing packs and completed mandates with CMA info to sellers.
  5. Obtain and save FICA documents, Body Corporate Rules, Financials, and AGM Minutes (if applicable).
  6. Coordinate with sellers, tenants, and photographers to schedule property shoots.
  7. Select and ensure the quality of property photos according to company standards.
  8. Visit properties with a checklist, and confirm all extra costs with tenants and landlords in writing.
  9. Download and save photos to the server.
  10. Prepare listings on Propdata, ensuring correctness of mandate dates and write-ups per standards.
  11. List properties on online portals and respond promptly to inquiries.
  12. Arrange viewings, prepare listing cards with necessary materials, and follow up with buyers and sellers post-viewing.
  13. Facilitate negotiations, draft offers, and manage signing processes.
  14. Provide bi-weekly feedback to owners and ad hoc updates after viewings.
  15. Review property viability and promote listings via social media.
  16. Attend mandatory training and apply for and maintain an FFC Certificate and license.
Job Requirements
