Job description

We are looking for a qualified Real Estate Agent who will be responsible for buying and selling property for our real estate business. You will be tasked with growing our customer base by generating leads, counselling clients on market conditions, and developing competitive market prices. You will also be in charge of creating lists of real estate properties and presenting purchase offers to sellers. To be successful in this role, you will need to have good experience with sales.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Create an active listings database for real estate sale properties, including location, features, size, etc., according to the company template.
  2. Prospect clients to generate leads for property sales.
  3. Pull CMA reports on properties.
  4. Send pre-listing packs and mandates to sellers with CMA information.
  5. Obtain and save FICA documents from sellers.
  6. Gather and save Body Corporate Rules, Financials, and AGM Minutes (if applicable).
  7. Coordinate photography with sellers, tenants, and photographers.
  8. Select and ensure photo quality meets company standards.
  9. Visit properties with a checklist to ensure quality and gather details.
  10. Confirm all extra costs with tenants and communicate in writing to landlords.
  11. Download and store photos on the server.
  12. Prepare listings on Propdata, ensuring correct mandate dates and standard write-ups.
  13. Publish listings on online portals.
  14. Respond to inquiries promptly and arrange viewings.
  15. Prepare listing materials for viewings, including cards, brochures, and applications.
  16. Follow up with buyers post-viewing and provide feedback to sellers.
  17. Facilitate negotiations and draft purchase agreements, addendums, and annexures.
  18. Present offers to sellers and coordinate signatures with buyers and sellers.
  19. Provide bi-weekly feedback to property owners and ad hoc updates after viewings.
  20. Conduct price counseling and assess property portfolio viability.
  21. Promote properties via social media.
  22. Attend necessary training and apply for FFC certification to maintain license and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • At least 6 months of real estate call center experience with a proven track record.
  • Experience in sales.
  • Clear criminal and background check.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Good knowledge of the local property market.
  • Possession of a laptop, cell phone, and valid driver’s license.
