Job description

We are looking for a qualified Real Estate Agent who will be responsible for buying and selling property for our real estate business.

You will be tasked with growing our customer base by generating leads, counseling clients on market conditions, and developing competitive market prices.

You will also be in charge of creating lists of real estate properties and presenting purchase offers to sellers.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have good experience with sales.

Key Responsibilities :

Create an active listings database for real estate sale properties, including information such as location, features, and size, according to the company template.

Prospect clients to generate leads for property sales.

Pull CMA reports on properties.

Send pre-listing packs and mandates to sellers, including CMA information.

Obtain and save FICA documents, Body Corporate Rules, Financials, and AGM Minutes (if applicable).

Coordinate property photography, select images, and ensure quality standards.

Visit properties with a checklist and confirm all costs with tenants and landlords in writing.

Download and save property photos to the server.

Prepare and verify property listings on Propdata, ensuring accuracy of mandate dates and write-ups.

List properties on online portals and respond to inquiries promptly.

Arrange viewings, prepare listing materials, and follow up with buyers and sellers.

Facilitate negotiations and draft purchase agreements, addendums, and annexures.

Present offers, ensure proper signing, and manage documentation.

Provide bi-weekly feedback to owners and additional updates after viewings.

Conduct price counseling and review property portfolio viability.

Promote properties through social media.

Attend mandatory training and apply for / maintain FFC certification and license.

Job requirements

Minimum of 6 months real estate call center experience with a proven track record.

Experience in sales.

Clear criminal and background checks.

Strong interpersonal skills.

Good knowledge of the local property market.

Possess a laptop, cell phone, and valid driver's license.
