Job description

We are looking for a qualified Real Estate Agent who will be responsible for buying and selling property for our real estate business. You will be tasked with growing our customer base by generating leads, counselling clients on market conditions, and developing competitive market prices. You will also be in charge of creating lists of real estate properties and presenting purchase offers to sellers. To be successful in this role, you will need to have good experience with sales.

Responsibilities:
  • Create an active listings database for real estate sale properties, including location, features, size, etc., as per company template.
  • Prospect clients to generate leads for property sales.
  • Pull CMA reports on properties.
  • Send pre-listing packs and mandates to sellers with CMA info.
  • Obtain and save FICA documents, Body Corporate Rules, Financials, and AGM Minutes when applicable.
  • Coordinate photography appointments and select appropriate property photos.
  • Ensure photo quality meets company standards.
  • Visit properties with a checklist.
  • Confirm all extra costs with tenants and landlords in writing.
  • Download and save property photos.
  • Prepare listings on Propdata, ensuring accuracy of mandate dates and write-ups.
  • List properties on online portals.
  • Respond promptly to enquiries.
  • Arrange viewings and prepare marketing materials.
  • Follow up with buyers and provide feedback to sellers.
  • Facilitate negotiations and draft offer agreements.
  • Present offers to sellers and coordinate signatures.
  • Provide bi-weekly feedback to owners and ad hoc updates after viewings.
  • Price properties and review portfolio viability.
  • Attend industry training and maintain real estate license (FFC).
Requirements:
  • At least 6 months of real estate call centre experience with a proven track record.
  • Experience in sales.
  • Clear criminal and background check.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Good knowledge of the local property market.
