Job description

We are looking for a qualified Real Estate Agent responsible for buying and selling property for our real estate business. Key responsibilities include generating leads, counseling clients on market conditions, developing competitive market prices, creating property listings, and presenting purchase offers to sellers. Success in this role requires solid sales experience.

Responsibilities:
  1. Create an active listings database with property details such as location, features, and size, following the company template.
  2. Prospect clients to generate leads for property sales.
  3. Pull CMA reports on properties.
  4. Send pre-listing packs and mandates to sellers, including CMA info.
  5. Obtain and save FICA documents, Body Corporate Rules, Financials, and AGM Minutes (if applicable).
  6. Coordinate property photography, select photos, and ensure quality standards.
  7. Visit properties with a checklist, confirm costs with tenants, and communicate in writing with landlords.
  8. Download and store property photos on the server.
  9. Prepare and review listings on Propdata, ensuring correctness of dates and write-ups.
  10. List properties on online portals and respond promptly to inquiries.
  11. Arrange viewings, prepare listing materials, and follow up with buyers.
  12. Provide feedback to sellers and facilitate negotiations.
  13. Draft and present offers, ensuring proper signing and documentation.
  14. Provide bi-weekly feedback to owners and promote properties via social media.
  15. Attend mandatory training and maintain real estate license and knowledge.
Requirements:
