Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Property Practitioner at PROPCITI GROUP. The Property Practitioner will be responsible for tasks related to residential sales, commercial leasing, property management, real estate development, investment advisory, and market analysis. The role is located in Pretoria with some work-from-home flexibility.

Qualifications

• Experience in residential sales, commercial leasing, and property management
• Knowledge of real estate development and investment advisory
• Market analysis and research skills
• Consultancy services and real estate valuation experience
• Tenant representation skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Real estate license is a plus (FFC)
• Own vehicle
• Own laptop
• Willing to work extended hours and weekends to meet targets
