REQUIREMENTS:

· Minimum 10–20 years’ experience in property management and development, preferably in retail and commercial property sectors.

· Proven track record in site acquisitions, lease negotiations, tenant coordination, and property optimisation.

· Experience managing national or multi-site portfolios.

· Strong financial acumen and experience in budget planning and control.

· Knowledge of lease law, property compliance requirements, and municipal liaison.

· Strong leadership, interpersonal, and conflict management skills.

· Relevant tertiary qualification in Property, Real Estate, Business Management, or equivalent.
