Job description

IGrow Wealth Investments, South Africa's #1 Property Investment Company, is looking for experienced Property Portfolio Managers to join their team in Centurion, Gauteng.

Qualifications:
  • Matric
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position
  • Experience with rentals environment
  • Experience with PayProp System
  • Detail-oriented
  • Excellent communication skills and telephone etiquette
Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of residential properties
  • Attend to day-to-day maintenance tickets, exit and quality control inspections on the rental portfolio
  • Prepare monthly reports for vacating tenants and conduct inspections
  • Attend AGMs in person or via Zoom
  • Conduct monthly property inspections and report findings
  • Handle rental applications and prepare documents
  • Upload lease agreements to PayProp, create tenant and invoice records, and determine accounts payable
  • Coordinate rent payments, send statements, and perform monthly reconciliations
  • Manage deposit refunds within 14 days
  • Follow up on tenants in arrears, update investors, and implement collection action plans
  • Handle eviction instructions and negotiate lease renewals
  • Manage communication with Body Corporate regarding warnings and account issues
  • Address problems with water and electricity accounts
