Job description

The Property Portfolio Manager holds a crucial position within Inospaces Property Managementdepartment reporting directly to the Regional Portfolio Manager. This roleoversees the daytoday operations of Inospaces office industrial andbusiness park ensuring operational excellence fostering client satisfactionand maximising property performance under the strategic guidance of the Group PortfolioManager.

Theprimary purpose of the Property Portofilo Manager role is to ensure efficient managementand optimization of Inospaces properties. This involves focusing onoperational excellence client satisfaction and financial performance whilealigning with the broader objectives set by the Company.

Key Responsibilities

• ClientCentric Operations : Lead a culture of exceptional client service ensuring operational excellence across all properties to address client inquiries concerns and needs promptly and effectively.
• Leasing and Client Relations : Drive leasing initiatives to optimize occupancy rates and client satisfaction. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients understanding their unique needs and lease agreements and implementing client feedback mechanisms to enhance client experience and retention.
• Community Engagement : Foster a vibrant and inclusive community within Inospaces business parks through events networking opportunities and collaborative initiatives. Liaise with marketing teams to promote community engagement and brand awareness ensuring a positive and supportive environment for tenants.
• Financial Management : Collaborate with the Regional Portfolio Manager and financial team to develop and monitor property operating budgets identify opportunities to enhance property incomes and implement strategies to control costs and optimize financial performance.
• Team and Supplier Management : Lead and mentor a team of Community Managers where applicable fostering a culture of excellence client focus and operational efficiency. Collaborate with the Portfolio Manager and manage all suppliers within your portfolio.

Requirements

Must be South African Citizen

Must be willing to work onsite at various Business Parks in dedicated area

Previous experience in Customer focused role in a similar environment

Must have Real Estate or Property experience running Business / Commercial spaces operationally
