About the Role

Our client is seeking a hardworking, charismatic individual to take full ownership of progressing property transactions from offer to completion. As a Property Moving Assistant, you will act as the key point of contact between all parties, using your problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and strong communication skills to ensure each transaction moves at an exceptional pace.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the central point of contact for buyers, sellers, solicitors, mortgage advisers, and estate agents

  • Manage all tasks and stakeholders throughout the sales process to ensure fast and efficient property transactions

  • Build strong working relationships with mortgage consultants, client services, and external partners

  • Provide exceptional service to clients by proactively managing expectations and maintaining regular communication

  • Liaise with lenders and solicitors to remove any obstacles and ensure smooth mortgage processing

  • Ensure accurate data entry and maintain comprehensive records

  • Identify opportunities to promote additional products where appropriate

Ideal Candidate Profile
  • Knowledge of the UK property market and a basic understanding of mortgage processes

  • Previous experience working in a mortgage company or real estate agency is highly desirable

  • Proven background in corporate customer service or client-facing roles

  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Highly organised, with the ability to prioritise tasks and thrive in a fast-paced environment

  • Professional, articulate, and confident on the phone

  • Self-motivated with a focus on delivering results and maintaining service excellence
