As a Property Moving Assistant, you will act as the key point of contact between all parties, using your problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and strong communication skills to ensure each transaction moves at an exceptional pace.

Act as the central point of contact for buyers, sellers, solicitors, mortgage advisers, and estate agents
Manage all tasks and stakeholders throughout the sales process to ensure fast and efficient property transactions
Build strong working relationships with mortgage consultants, client services, and external partners
Provide exceptional service to clients by proactively managing expectations and maintaining regular communication
Liaise with lenders and solicitors to remove any obstacles and ensure smooth mortgage processing
Ensure accurate data entry and maintain comprehensive records
Identify opportunities to promote additional products where appropriate
Knowledge of the UK property market and a basic understanding of mortgage processes
Previous experience working in a mortgage company or real estate agency is highly desirable
Proven background in corporate customer service or client-facing roles
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
Highly organised, with the ability to prioritise tasks and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Professional, articulate, and confident on the phone
Self-motivated with a focus on delivering results and maintaining service excellence
