Job description

Primary Purpose of the Job:
Oversee the marketing function for the office, industrial and broker relations portfolios.
Main duties and responsibilities:
Oversee and manage execution of all marketing activities, focus on the following:

Develop and execute strategic marketing plans for both sectors.
Ensure above strategies align with each sectors asset management strategy.
Provide strategic marketing, leasing and operational support to all internal stakeholders.
Ensure all websites are up to date and digital platforms are being maximised.
Develop and execute plans for lead generation and always on campaigns.
Develop and execute plans to fill vacant spaces.
Marketing support and execution of the Reach broker programme
Identify market trends, encourage innovation, and ensure that Redefine properties leads the market.
Create operational efficiencies to improve outputs and impact.

Other primary responsibilities include:

Monthly reporting
Representing marketing at all sector meetings, Manco’s, and other related meetings
Scheduling and running all internal stakeholder meetings (and ensuring all required actions are managed and delivered on)
Creating and maintaining marketing collateral
Management and updates on all external building signage
Management of building photography requirements
External agency management

Other duties and expectations

Liaise with and coordinate marketing and public relations together with the Marketing department (the comms dept)
Effectively manage all related administration duties
Effective coordination / support for all external property related and events, including venue and equipment hire and set-up, promotional material, and RSVPs.
Management of ad-hoc projects
Liaising with the Marketing department and suppliers to source, buy and brand promotional items in line with the company policies.

Qualification and Experience

Degree / diploma
8-10 years / more of property related marketing experience
