Responsibilities

Research and market analysis across residential, commercial, industrial and mixed-use property developments.
Conduct comparative market analysis across multiple property sectors.
Produce observations, insights and strategic recommendations.
Perform gap analysis for proposed developments.
Develop online surveys and analyse findings.
Present research findings to clients and support client presentations.
Mentor junior researchers; provide technical guidance and quality assurance.
