Job description

Property Manager – Stratford, E15 - Hybrid Working

A well-respected and established Property Firm is actively seeking a personable, professional, and team-oriented Property Manager based in Stratford, E15.

The successful Property Manager will be responsible for a portfolio of properties, managing their workload, addressing issues promptly, and prioritising tasks effectively.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  1. Supporting the management function in maximising rental returns and minimising tenancy void periods.
  2. Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to support property acquisition and achieve organisational targets.
  3. Ensuring the property portfolio complies with legislative requirements and maintaining compliance across operations.
  4. Providing excellent customer service to clients and maintaining relevant records and systems.
Skills and Experience Required:
  1. Property Management and Lettings experience in the private rented sector, with the ability to hit the ground running.
  2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a strong customer service orientation.
  3. Proven ability to meet targets and deadlines in a demanding, customer-focused environment.
  4. Awareness of budgeting and financial risks in the residential market.
  5. Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
  6. Full driving licence and access to a vehicle insured for business use, as this is an essential car user role.
Working Hours and Salary:

Monday to Friday, 9am – 5:30pm

Salary range: £30,000 - £36,000 per annum plus 25 days holiday.
