An established industry player in property management is seeking a dynamic Property Manager to enhance tenant relationships and ensure efficient lease processes. This role involves regular tenant interactions, overseeing lease renewals, and managing property maintenance to ensure compliance with safety regulations. Degree in Property Studies (advantageous)
Must be 3 years working experience in same field

Lease renewal %.
Vacancy and occupancy statistics vs budget.
Lease profile improvements year on year.
Facilities status score in line with requirements.
Task allocation completion within mutually agreed timelines
Duties
Establish and grow strong tenant relationships
Ensure timeous lease renewals and conclusion of lease documentation;
Ensure effective tenant liaison and occupant satisfaction across the portfolio;
Regular (quarterly) tenant and building (monthly) visitations;
Ensure tenants are all in possession of a tenant information pack
Utilizing MDA property management system for portfolio management and tenant relationship management
Ensure the facilities management team has implemented an annual building lifecycle forecasting, and preventative maintenance plans, and ensure compliance with OHS Act requirements for all buildings.
Perform regular physical building inspections
Identify areas requiring maintenance, repairs and general housekeeping
Drive that the logged defects are resolved timeously;

Salary – R30 – R35K, eligible to earn commission (30% SAPOA), company pool car available for site visits, company phone / allowance
