Property Manager Rosebank

Minimum Requirements:
Degree in Property Studies (advantageous)
Must have 3 years working experience in the same field

Key Performance Areas:

1. Lease renewal %
2. Vacancy and occupancy statistics vs budget
3. Lease profile improvements year on year
4. Facilities status score in line with requirements
5. Task allocation completion within mutually agreed timelines

Duties:

1. Establish and grow strong tenant relationships
2. Ensure timeous lease renewals and conclusion of lease documentation
3. Ensure effective tenant liaison and occupant satisfaction across the portfolio
4. Regular (quarterly) tenant and building (monthly) visitations
5. Ensure tenants are all in possession of a tenant information pack
6. Utilize MDA property management system for portfolio management and tenant relationship management
7. Ensure the facilities management team has implemented an annual building lifecycle forecasting and preventative maintenance plans, ensuring compliance with OHS Act requirements for all buildings
8. Perform regular physical building inspections
9. Identify areas requiring maintenance, repairs, and general housekeeping
10. Drive that the logged defects are resolved timeously

Salary: R30 – R35K, eligible to earn commission (30% SAPOA), company pool car available for site visits, company phone / allowance
