The salary package on offer is £27, depending on experience. Let's talk about the Property Manager role.

Responsibilities:

1. Arranging and booking Property Inspections as and when it is required.
2. Giving feedback from Property inspections.
3. Ensuring properties in your portfolio are legally compliant.
4. Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of property management industry standards and expectations.
5. Working towards achieving property owners' goals regarding maintenance and budgets, while meticulously maintaining property records.
6. Handling all documentation related to the end of tenancy process, including inventory reports, check-out reports, and deposit refunds.
7. Providing excellent customer experience to Landlords, Tenants and Third-party contractors.
8. Building and maintaining ongoing relationships with both Landlords and Tenants and ensuring that you are their main point of contact.
9. Staying up-to-date with relevant legislation and regulations governing the end-of-tenancy process, ensuring compliance with all legal requirements.

6. Confidence in leading conversations and managing the expectations of all parties involved.
