We are seeking a dedicated Property Manager with expert knowledge of Leasing Agreements to join our team, based in East London The ideal candidate would be "hands on", customer focused and passionate about building customer relationships

Duties and Responsibilities :

• Manage all aspects of assigned properties
• Ensure compliance with regulations and company policies
• Oversee maintenance and repair of facilities
• Handle tenant concerns and requests

Qualifications :

Matric or equivalent

Relevant degree or diploma advantageous

Minimum 10 years previous experience in property industry

Minimum 5 years previous experience in property management

Extensive Knowledge of real estate law and regulations

Network of Retail and Commercial Tenants on a National and Regional Scale

Knowledge of hospitality industry advantageous
