Qualifications

• LLB degree and admitted attorney with right of appearance.
• Proven experience in conveyancing transactions.
• Strong track record in litigating conveyancing-related disputes.
• Knowledge of Deed office processes.
• Ability to manage matters independently from start to finish.

Responsibilities

• Handle property transfers and related conveyancing tasks.
• Manage and litigate disputes related to conveyancing.
• Provide legal advice to clients on property law matters.
• Liaise with clients, banks, and the Deeds Office.
• Keeping up-to-date with changes in property law and regulations.
• Maintaining accurate records and documentation of all transactions.
