You will advise on transactions, guide on zoning, and manage matters remotely while maintaining high professional standards. The ideal candidate is an admitted attorney with 5+ years in property law, capable of handling autonomous caseloads and leveraging legal software.

Qualifications

• Admitted Attorney with at least 5 years of dedicated experience in property law.
• Proficiency in conveyancing procedures and relevant legal software.
• Strong understanding of sectional title schemes, township establishment, and land use planning.
• Excellent client management and communication skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage a remote caseload efficiently.
• Experience with property finance and development is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of property transactions, including drafting and registering deeds of transfer and bonds.
• Review and advise on commercial and residential lease agreements.
• Provide legal guidance on property development projects and zoning regulations.
