Key Responsibilities

• Guide clients through the full property investment process, from enquiry to purchase
• Present investment opportunities and explain the value of each development
• Build strong, long-term client relationships and manage your own sales pipeline
• Meet monthly sales targets with the support of qualified leads and structured training

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in property investment sales or high-end travel sales
• Relevant diploma or degree
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong knowledge of the property investment market in South Africa is an advantage
• Goal-driven, self-motivated and confident in client engagement and closing deals
