Rawson Finance is expanding and is looking for a driven Property Finance Consultant for this exciting opportunity.

As a Rawson Property Finance Consultant, you’ll have dedicated Rawson branches to be the go-to expert for home loan clients, working closely with a network of Rawson estate agents and tapping into direct leads, closing deals to ensure clients get the best bond deal.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Generate and Grow Leads

• Proactively source potential home loan clients through direct marketing, networking and referrals
• Work closely with Rawson estate agents and other lead providers to encourage leads and close deals
• Build and maintain strong relationships to develop a steady client base

2. Understand Client Needs

• Use effective questioning to identify clients’ financial goals
• Pre-qualify clients by reviewing their credit reports and assessing affordability
• Identify financial challenges and provide appropriate solutions when possible

3. Recommend the Right Products

• Leverage strong product knowledge to offer tailored home loan solutions to clients
• Guide clients through the application process and apply credit criteria confidently

4. Finalise and Close Deals

• Clearly explain the final approval, offer terms, and next steps
• Ensure clients fully understand their loan package and benefits

Requirements:

• Matric / Grade 12
• Own vehicle and a valid South African driver’s license
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in property finance (bank or originator background preferred)
• Proven ability to prospect in a high-pressure sales environment
• Strong administrative and organisational skills
