Duties and Responsibilities

1. Facilitate the movement of existing home loans between financial institutions
2. Offer tailor-made home finance packages to clients
3. Execute referral campaigns and presentations
4. Pre-qualify clients by doing required assessments
5. Keep clients updated throughout the process
6. Complete and capture applications accurately
7. Compile supporting documents and ensure the file is completed and ready to process
