Job Title: Property Finance Consultant

Our client, a well-known Financial Services Organisation, is seeking Sales Hunters to join their Johannesburg: Gauteng offices. Are you driven by targets and love the thrill of the chase?

This role is for you if you're a self-starter who thrives in a high-performance, results-driven environment. You will actively build a pipeline through estate agents, bond originators, and direct-to-client engagement, positioning SA Home Loans as the first choice.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Source Potential Leads: Use proactive and reactive prospecting methods, develop a network through partnerships, and execute marketing campaigns.
  2. Identify Needs: Understand client needs via open-ended questions, pre-qualify clients, and assess financial challenges.
  3. Match Product Offerings to Needs: Use product knowledge to present solutions, explain application procedures, and clarify credit criteria.
  4. Provide Clear Explanations: Clarify terms, benefits, and conditions to clients, ensuring understanding.
  5. Maintain Customer Contact and Follow-Up: Keep clients updated, provide support, and request referrals post-sale.
  6. Applications Capture and File Construction: Complete applications accurately, compile supporting documents, and ensure readiness for processing.
Minimum Requirements
  • Own car/transport and driver's license
  • Matric qualification
  • Minimum 2 years of proven sales experience, preferably in home loans
Preferred Experience
  • 3 years of sales experience, especially in hunting for sales
