Property Community Schemes Manager

Red Ember Recruitment is seeking to hire a Property Community Schemes Manager based at the client in Kuils River.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of community schemes ensuring smooth daily operations.
• Maintain positive relationships with owners, residents, and trustees.
• Oversee property maintenance and repairs ensuring properties are well-maintained.
• Manage budgets and finances including collections, payments, and financial reporting.
• Enforce rules and regulations of the community schemes.
• Coordinate meetings including AGMs and trustee meetings.
• Manage service providers and contractors.
• Handle resident queries and complaints efficiently and professionally.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and regulations.
• Prepare and present reports to the Board of Trustees.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Property Manager specifically within community schemes (sectional title and HOA).
• Strong understanding of the Sectional Titles Act and other relevant legislation.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Proven ability to manage budgets and finances effectively.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in relevant property management software.
• Experience with WeConnectU will be highly beneficial.
• Valid driver's license.
