Job summary

WSP seeks a seasoned Property & Buildings Digital Lead to drive digital transformation across Africa’s Property & Buildings business. You will shape the digital strategy, deliver client-facing solutions, and enable sustainable growth through BIM, GIS, data analytics, and automation.

Collaborate with global digital teams, OneIT, and clients to deliver measurable value. You will fuse strategic thinking with technical credibility and commercial acumen, leading multidisciplinary teams and engaging

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a digital/engineering/building-related field.
10+ years delivering complex projects in client-facing environments.
Demonstrated experience in Property & Buildings sector.
Strong background in digital strategy, transformation, advisory or project delivery.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management and strategic problem-solving skills.
Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and influence senior stakeholders.
Strong commercial awareness and business development capability.

Responsibilities

Lead Digital Strategy and Governance for Africa's Property & Buildings business.
Develop and maintain annual Digital Business Line Plans aligned with regional/global priorities.
Drive governance, prioritisation, and performance management of digital initiatives.
Identify and manage digital, commercial, delivery, technology, and data governance risks.
Develop repeatable digital offerings, methodologies, and client-facing demonstrations.
