Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Property Broker located in Johannesburg.

The Property Broker will be responsible for brokerage, sales, commercial real estate, property management, and new home sales.

They will guide clients in selling or acquiring property for investment or business purposes.

1. Brokerage and Sales skills
2. Commercial Real Estate and Property Management expertise
3. Experience in New Home Sales
4. Excellent communication and negotiation skills
5. Knowledge of real estate laws and regulations
6. Proven track record of successful property transactions
