We’re looking for an exceptional Property Administrator / PA to support our dynamic CEO in a fast-paced, exciting environment within the property and hospitality space.
This isn’t your typical PA role — we need someone who is sharp, resourceful, and confident enough to handle more than just diaries and calls. You’ll be involved in property admin, procurement, travel bookings, EXCO meeting scheduling, and minute taking — all while keeping things running smoothly for our CEO.
What we’re looking for:
A background in Property Administration
Ability to handle procurement and supplier coordination
Experience with scheduling meetings, managing diaries, and making travel arrangements
Confident in taking minutes and following up on action items
Someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure
Strong communication skills in English and/or Afrikaans
A young, dynamic, and strong personality who can multitask and adapt
Requirements:
Own reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license
Based in or near Johannesburg North
