Opportunity exists for a skilled and experienced Property Administrator and Accountant with a strong background in commercial / industrial property letting. If you hold a BCom Accounting Degree and have at least 5 years of relevant experience, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage and oversee property letting and lease administration
  2. Maintain accurate financial records and tenant accounts
  3. Prepare and analyse monthly property reports
  4. Collaborate with property managers to resolve queries efficiently
  5. Ensure compliance with VAT laws and manage SARS e-Filing
  6. Provide financial insights to support strategic decisions

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting) – essential
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in commercial / industrial property management and letting – essential
  • Proficient in ERP Accounting systems (especially Sage 300)
  • Sound knowledge of VAT laws and e-Filing
  • Advanced Excel and financial reporting skills
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical abilities
  • Capable of prioritising workload and meeting deadlines
  • Effective communicator and a collaborative team player
