Job description

Property Administrator position available in Pretoria.

My client is based in Pretoria and has a strong property portfolio covering mainly Pretoria and Johannesburg. They are looking for a junior Property Administrator to assist with the administration, coordination, and reporting of property related activities to ensure smooth operations across the portfolio.

Salary: R20,000 – R24,000 per month.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assisting the Portfolio Manager with scheduling of meetings, document retrieval/storage, attending meetings on the portfolio manager’s behalf and report back of all significant portfolio & development activities.
  • Assisting with letting of vacant space in multi-tenanted properties.
  • Assisting with tenant communication.
  • Schedule and manage maintenance for all building-related equipment.
  • Valuation of various opportunities, as well as annual portfolio valuation.
  • Dealings with municipal officials related to all municipal services.
  • Ensure all property documents are stored correctly and up to date.
  • Stay up to date with market trends, competitor analysis and industry innovations.

Requirements:

  • Matric.
  • Diploma.
  • Degree in Property studies or related (preferred).
  • 1 to 2 years experience.
