Assisting in managing all aspects of a building's occupancy and maintenance.
Communicating with tenants regarding property-related issues and building positive relationships with them.
Coordinating with tenants and third parties to address maintenance and facility needs, overseeing the timely and successful completion of maintenance requests.
Collaborating with the property management team to produce advertising materials and show properties to prospective tenants.
Handling basic bookkeeping, collecting rent, and preparing and executing detailed and legally compliant lease agreements.
Requirements
Minimum of 2 years' experience as an assistant in property management.
