Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Property Accountant to manage the financial records for a portfolio of properties. This role involves overseeing day-to-day accounting operations, preparing financial reports, and ensuring accurate billing and record-keeping for property-related transactions.
Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain general ledgers for assigned properties
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Manage accounts payable and receivable related to properties
• Reconcile bank statements and other financial accounts
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting for each property
• Handle tenant billing, rent collection, and lease tracking
• Work closely with property managers to ensure accurate financial data
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
