What You’ll Do:
- Supervise a team of coordinators, maintenance staff, and cleaners
- Oversee the upkeep and maintenance of properties to ensure optimal condition
- Manage tenant requests efficiently, ensuring prompt resolutions
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules to enhance operational efficiency
What You’ll Bring:
- Strong technical understanding of building systems and maintenance processes
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities
- A commitment to providing outstanding service and tenant satisfaction
- Experience in property and facilities management (advantageous)
Qualifications:
- Diploma or certificate in property management or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in property maintenance or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of building systems and maintenance procedures.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Proficient in property management software and tools.
