About the Role

You’ll plan, manage, and execute resort promotions and events across hotel, casino, and convention areas. You’ll target relevant markets, deliver revenue results, and create engaging experiences that drive footfall and guest loyalty. You’ll also manage rewards programmes, local partnerships, and support CSI initiatives.

What You’ll Do
  • Develop and implement creative, financially viable promotions, competitions, and activations
  • Build and manage an entertainment calendar to attract target markets and boost revenue
  • Drive conversion strategies for gaming, shows, concerts, festivals, and family events
  • Manage the Rewards Programme, including collateral, events, partnerships, and CRM
  • Champion CSI initiatives and related public relations, including social media
  • Integrate business intelligence and reporting into promotional strategiesCRM
  • Work closely with management and cross-functional teams to deliver results
What You Bring
  • Grade 12 plus a relevant degree or diploma
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in marketing management, ideally in gaming, hospitality, or entertainment
  • Proven track record in promotions and events
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and admin skills
  • Strong MS Office 365 and presentation skills
  • Innovative and creative, with attention to detail
  • Collaborative, emotionally mature, and able to work under pressure
  • Prepared for shift work and working in a smoking environment
  • Eligible for a Gaming Board Licence from the relevant provincial gaming board
