• 1 year milling or ProMix Plant exposure is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Pack finished product on various packing machines.
• Ensure continuous quality monitoring and maintain a hygienic work area.
• Report production downtime to supervisor.

Job Purpose

To package finished product according to quality specification while achieving operational throughput requirements within a food safe and hygienic environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Pack finished product on various packing machines
• Reach production target per shift
• Ensure continuous quality monitoring and recording of results
• Ensure food safe and hygienic work area is always maintained
• Report all production downtime to supervisor/manager timeously
• Record and analyze downtime reasons.
• Deep cleaning of machine and area.
• Random tasks requested by HOD
• Invocom participation and facilitation
