Job description

Our Client requires a Projects Coordinator to provide administrative support to the Projects Manager.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Document and Plan for Projects (New, Revamp, Closures) by coordinating between different internal departments & external stakeholders (landlords, suppliers & DC).
  • Prepare and present budgets and motivate for approval.
  • Ensure relevant documentation and checklists are reconciled on completion of jobs and actual costs vs budget report prepared.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Grade 12.
  • Technical property or retail related experience.
  • Strong MS Excel skills.
