Minimum requirements include:

• BSc (Hons) in a relevant field.
• 5-7 years of postgraduate experience as a Project/Contracts Manager in the construction industry.
• Relevant tertiary education such as BSc (Hons) in Construction Economics, Project Management, Construction Management, Construction Technology, or similar.
• Affiliation with bodies like ECSA, SACQSP, or similar is advantageous but not compulsory.
• Active SACPCMP registration or registered as a candidate with SACPCMP.
• Successfully managed at least 3-4 projects as a Project/Contracts Manager.
• Knowledge of various contract types, especially JBCC, NEC, and GCC.
• Experience with MS Project or similar project management software.
