Your key areas of responsibilities will include :
- Suppliers follow ups
- Facilitate meetings with suppliers
- Preparing projects / maintenance / facilities reports
- Maintain projects / maintenance / facilities schedule. Ensure outstanding takes of a projects / maintenance / facilities are resolved timeously
- Ensure projects / maintenance / facilities are executed on a due date
- Keep management updated on the active projects / maintenance / facilities
- Obtain costs tracking sheets from suppliers during a projects / maintenance / facility and present to management on a regular basis
- Ensure all staff from Footgear and suppliers are on the same page before a projects / maintenance / facility starts
- Ensure projects / maintenance / facilities cost spend are in line with budget
- Regular and realistic site visits per projects / maintenance / facilities are done
- Cost forecasting for a projects / maintenance / facility and present to management
- Make a decision if a projects / maintenance / facilities deadline will not be met and inform management
- Consult with stake holders
Requirements :
- Matric (Grade 12)
- A relevant Diploma / Degree will be an added advantage
- Excellent planning and organisational skills
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Relevant experience will be an added advantage
- Long hours and over time will be required from time to time
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
