Your key areas of responsibilities will include :

  • Suppliers follow ups
  • Facilitate meetings with suppliers
  • Preparing projects / maintenance / facilities reports
  • Maintain projects / maintenance / facilities schedule. Ensure outstanding takes of a projects / maintenance / facilities are resolved timeously
  • Ensure projects / maintenance / facilities are executed on a due date
  • Keep management updated on the active projects / maintenance / facilities
  • Obtain costs tracking sheets from suppliers during a projects / maintenance / facility and present to management on a regular basis
  • Ensure all staff from Footgear and suppliers are on the same page before a projects / maintenance / facility starts
  • Ensure projects / maintenance / facilities cost spend are in line with budget
  • Regular and realistic site visits per projects / maintenance / facilities are done
  • Cost forecasting for a projects / maintenance / facility and present to management
  • Make a decision if a projects / maintenance / facilities deadline will not be met and inform management
  • Consult with stake holders

Requirements :

  • Matric (Grade 12)
  • A relevant Diploma / Degree will be an added advantage
  • Excellent planning and organisational skills
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
  • Relevant experience will be an added advantage
  • Long hours and over time will be required from time to time
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
