Required:
Experience working as Project Technician (7+ years)
Preferred:
Experience in engineering firms or similar companies
Experience with clean fuels markets, having worked in companies active in these markets
Proficiency in spreadsheets and databases
Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, and NAMS
Associates degree in document systems management or related field
Responsibilities:
Maintain internal document control database
Coordinate with third-party engineering firms to ensure database accuracy and data consistency
Assist engineers with drafting, conforming, and adapting technical contract documents, including specifications for Engineer of Record (EOR), Engineering Consultants, Early Stage Engineering, EPC, and Owner-furnished equipment
Work with the purchasing department to ensure purchase orders meet project requirements and contracts are established
Support engineers in maintaining documentation and tracking equipment surveillance programs
Track engineering deliverables to meet project schedules
Maintain NAMS inputs and track nuclear engineering modification packages
