Overview

SNHA, a Woolpert company, is seeking a Project Team Member Architect to join our Buildings Team in Johannesburg, South Africa. The position reports to the Regional Team Leader. We are looking for collaborative thinkers who thrive in team settings, with priority given to SACAP registered candidates.

Responsibilities

• Be highly motivated and passionate about work, driven by intellectual curiosity.
• Seek to innovate in the design and construction of the built environment, creating sustainable solutions for complex problems.
• Work collaboratively within a team environment.
• Contribute to the development of well-rounded architects and designers, participating in projects from conception to completion, and gaining exposure to all aspects of building design and construction.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years related experience.
• Architectural Qualification required.
• SACAP registration is preferred.
• Strong design and problem-solving skills, especially on complex projects.
• Commitment to staying updated on architectural technologies, materials, and sustainability practices.
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit and BIM is essential; experience with Microsoft Office Suite and Bluebeam is also required.
• Strong digital modeling skills, organizational abilities, and excellent communication skills.
