Knowledge of marine engineering principles, shipbuilding processes, and the ability to understand and interpret technical drawings and specifications.

Location Requirement :

Candidates should either be South African residents currently living in the Netherlands or South Africans willing to relocate to the Netherlands.

Duties and responsibilities :

Technical Support :

Assist the project team in addressing technical challenges, including engineering design reviews, analysis, and implementation of solutions. Ensure all technical documentation is accurate and up to date.

Project Coordination :

Collaborate with project managers and other departments to ensure smooth execution of marine and shipbuilding projects, including tracking progress and maintaining schedules.

Resource Management :

Assist in the planning and allocation of resources, ensuring that engineering, materials, and personnel are properly deployed to meet project needs.

Quality Control :

Monitor project deliverables to ensure they meet the required quality standards and specifications, conducting inspections and resolving any quality issues that arise.

Client and Stakeholder Communication :

Support the communication with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth operations, timely delivery of materials, and alignment with project objectives.
