Project Supervisor - Construction

Our client is looking for a Project Supervisor to join their team in Welkom, FS. This is a permanent role with a 3-month probation period. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented and will support the Projects Manager in overseeing plant hire projects, product sourcing and delivery, and construction services.

Responsibilities:

1. Provide daily reports to management on project status.
2. Complete relevant project paperwork as instructed by the Project Manager.
3. Work with project site agents to ensure project efficiency.
4. Prepare and review daily work plans for employees.
5. Assist in obtaining quotations and preparing tenders.
6. Support the Project Manager in ensuring project compliance and quality.
7. Assist employees as required by the Project Manager.

1. Minimum of a National Diploma in Project Management (a degree is an added advantage).
2. Understanding of project management, with fleet experience. Administrative and organizational skills are essential. (Knowledge of QMS & ISO is an added advantage).
3. Experience in Project Supervision (Yellow fleet experience is an added advantage).
4. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
5. Strategic thinking, analytical abilities, and strong planning and organizational skills.
6. Excellent communication skills in English, Sesotho, and Afrikaans.
7. Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
8. Minimum Code 8 Driver’s license.
9. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
10. Self-motivated individuals passionate about making a significant impact and managing challenging roles in a growing company.

1. Salary: negotiable.
