  • Recommend strategies to improve service levels & implementation time frames.
  • To ensure high-level customer expectations are met within the set timeframes.
  • To ensure a positive and helpful attitude towards all stakeholders always.
  • To ensure effective communication between Planner and Coordinators at all times.
  • Effective management of situations that fall outside of the team's direct control.
