Job description

Global Operations manages the core platforms, technology, and processes across multiple regions and markets, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and scalability.

Project Operations Managers are responsible for governing and maintaining the accuracy of data through proper setup and management of operational platforms and processes. They also support the efficiency of assigned opportunities/projects and provide operational support to Client Management, Partnerships, Account Management, and Global Operations Leadership.

Main Responsibilities

  1. Data input: Enter, update, and modify data across multiple computer programs and systems.
  2. Data verification: Ensure data accuracy and completeness by cross-checking against source documents like client contracts.
  3. Data management: Maintain databases, ensuring data integrity and organization.
  4. Compliance: Follow data integrity procedures.
  5. Troubleshoot: Resolve data entry errors and inconsistencies.
  6. Address risks: Independently handle low to medium priority risks and escalate high-priority issues to senior team members.
  7. Process improvement: Identify and support process improvement projects, both independently and with team support.
  8. Organizational opportunities: Recognize opportunities for broader organizational process improvements and escalate to leadership.
  9. Collaborate: Work with team members to gather information necessary for task implementation.
  10. Support: Assist Global Operations Leadership with ad hoc tasks.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Support Client Management and Partnerships with opportunity and project control, aiming to meet project goals.
  • Client communication: Primarily defer client interactions to Client Management or Partnership Account Management.

Qualifications :

Experience: 4-5 Years

  • Understand tools, data, and primary products relevant to Operations.
  • Basic project management knowledge.
  • Organizational skills to handle multiple tasks.
  • Issue identification and resolution skills.
  • Effective communication within teams and across departments.
  • High standard of accuracy and quality in work delivery.
