We are seeking a highly organised and driven Project Office Manager to lead and mature our Project Management Office (PMO) in the IT Managed Services industry. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring the successful delivery of projects, standardising project practices, optimising resource allocation, and aligning project outcomes with SEIDOR Networks' strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the day-to-day operations of the PMO within a high-performance MSP environment
  • Define, implement, and continuously improve project governance frameworks, methodologies, and reporting standards
  • Oversee the portfolio of customer and internal projects, ensuring alignment with business priorities
  • Allocate resources and manage workloads in a team including Project Managers, Administrators and Engineers
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget, and meet quality standards
  • Track project KPIs and provide regular reporting to senior leadership and stakeholders
  • Support project scoping, scheduling, and budgeting in collaboration with pre-sales and delivery teams
  • Act as a point of escalation for project issues and risks, driving resolution and stakeholder communication
  • Foster a culture of accountability, agility, and continuous improvement across the PMO
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with technical, commercial, and operations teams to ensure seamless delivery
  • Mentor and develop the project team, supporting professional growth and capability building

Role Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of project or program management experience, with at least 3 years in an MSP or IT services environment
  • Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud, networking, and managed services delivery models
  • Proven experience leading a PMO or similar function in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment
  • Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., MS Project or PSA tools like Autotask/ConnectWise)
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical thinking, and decision-making abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and priorities with high attention to detail
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum certifications are highly advantageous
